Shaun: The first drill is going to be, one foot... Can I make it over, one foot in each hole?
Kids: Yeah.
Shaun: Okay, you ready? So the ball's in your right hand, all right? And you're gonna tuck it in to your chest, and your arm, to your forearm, to your finger. You got that? Did everybody see that? All right, and all you're gonna do is one foot. So it's right, left, right, left, right, left. Then you're gonna run to right here. All right, you got it? One line, one line.
Okay, let me see a good pocket. That'll be like this. So let's do a flip in. Bam, bam, bam, okay. So I'm gonna put this in here like it's a loaf of bread and you're gonna be like, "Oh, it's so good!" All right? All right? Ready? Loaf of bread, "Oh, it's so good!" Are you ready? And then right hand, go! Right, left, right, left, right, left, go!
Loaf of bread, there we go. Go! Oh, hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on. We'll put in the ball. Bam, okay, go! Ah, that looks good. Go!
