Man-in-the-Middle Drill
This is a passing basketball drill that incorporates a defender. The defender stands in the middle of two players and tries to steal passes between the two. When one player makes a bad pass and the defender gains possession, the positions rotate and defender switches places with the player who lost the ball. This is a great basketball drill for simulating a real game situation, and having the defender in the center makes the drill move quicker.
