Pitching Freeze Drills
Using a number instruction system, Freeze Drills involve holds at the various positions. Done on the mound (with or without a baseball) or in front of a mirror, these drills are designed to engrain new pitching fundamentals into an athlete's muscle memory.
Freeze at #1
- Strength / Balance
- Break in Rhythm
Freeze at #2
- Weight Back
- Elbows Up
Freeze at #3
- Strong legs
- Fielding position
Combination Work (2-1-3, 1-2-1-0, etc)
