And now, thanks to PLL PLAY – the youth development arm of Premier Lacrosse League – core youth lacrosse training content is right at your fingertips. The training is built with drills and coaching points, how-tos straight from PLL pros, as well as diagrams and animations to make things easy and accessible for coaches and players alike.

And now, for TeamSnap’s lacrosse fans, this new lacrosse curriculum is available right in the app when you tap Discover. There, you’ll find the best tips, tools and training for players ages 5 to 14, developed hand-in-hand with the youth development team at PLL Play.

Here are three things PLL wants you to know about their new curriculum.

1. It’s easy to follow.

There’s a whole season’s worth of practice plans that are age-appropriate, flexible for coaches and fun for players. The season’s ready to start when you are. Just tap on week 1.

2. It’s flexible.

In addition to the week-by-week program, there are dozens of drills, 101s and how-tos for you to explore. There are activities to do at home to work on core lacrosse skills.

3. There’s more to come.

The PLL PLAYbook is just the start. Get ready for more lacrosse content for coaches and players of all ages.

How do I find the lacrosse training in the TeamSnap app?

If you have an existing youth lacrosse team, age 5 to 14, simply switch to that team in the TeamSnap app to see all the personalized, premium training that TeamSnap has for you. Or create a new lacrosse team.
